“Your event has been rescheduled. Don’t worry, your tickets are still valid for the new date.

If you are unable to attend the new date or you prefer a refund, you have until August 14, 2020 to request one by calling the Bill & Mary Darden Box Office at 844.513.2014. We will process your refund within 30 days. Thanks for being a fan!

Please Note: To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased your tickets through Dr. Phillips Center directly. If you do not request a refund by August 14, 2020, your tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.


Global music icon and 15-time GRAMMY Award winner Alicia Keys has announced ALICIA – THE WORLD TOUR, her highly anticipated return to the stage. Keys will bring her repertoire of worldwide hits to iconic venues across North America and Europe, including the Walt Disney Theater at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.

In addition to new music, Keys will be bringing her classics – from “No One” to “If I Ain’t Got You” to “Girl on Fire” – to life in a special multi-media, artistic experience on the ALICIA – THE WORLD TOUR stage each night.
